📬 Estimated Delivery: While we do our best to get your items to you quickly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays with postal or courier services are out of our control.
🕑 Planning Ahead: If you’re ordering for a special occasion (like a birthday, holiday, or event), we recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance to ensure it arrives on time.

If there’s a problem with your order due to a manufacturing issue, printing error, or damage during shipping, we’ll make it right—either through a replacement or refund.

📝 All returns or replacements must be pre-approved.
Please reach out using our Contact Form or within 7 days of delivery and include:
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the product and/or packaging
Your order number
✅ If it’s our mistake, we’ll take care of it—no extra cost to you.
📦 We will give store credit on the following types of items, once we recieve the item back:
Ordering the wrong size or color
Changing your mind after ordering
